Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and atm228 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://atm228.cam. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the atm228 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:
21+ Policy: atm228 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after identity verification.
To access real-money services on atm228, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. atm228 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Each Account is personal to the registered Member. Any evidence of Account sharing may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. atm228 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month against dormant Account balances, provided the Member has been notified by email at least 30 days prior to the commencement of such deductions. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
atm228 is required to verify the identity of its Members in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is a mandatory precondition for withdrawing funds from the Platform.
Members must submit the following documents to complete KYC verification:
atm228 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 2–4 hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days per week). Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email and SMS at each stage of the review process.
atm228 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any time, including source-of-funds declarations for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.
atm228 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign-currency deposits are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above Rp 50,000,000 may require additional source-of-funds documentation before funds are credited to your Wallet Balance.
Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Wallet Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. atm228 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or e-wallet system maintenance windows.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account, and the Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
atm228 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.
A Member may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Funds at any time, subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) no pending fraud investigation on the Account; and (c) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name. atm228 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary by Account VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. Gold and Platinum VIP members have higher or unlimited withdrawal thresholds as specified in their tier terms.
atm228 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests during peak operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational period. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification, extending processing time to up to 24 hours.
atm228 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Members are permitted up to three free withdrawals per calendar day. Additional withdrawals beyond this threshold may incur an administrative fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by atm228 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions in this Clause 7. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus offers carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Account, failing which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The following contribution rates apply unless an individual promotion states otherwise:
atm228 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-variance strategies designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements, colluding with other Members, or using automated betting software.
All Bonus Funds that have not been converted to Real Money Funds within the applicable validity period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed on each game or market within the Platform interface. atm228 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by atm228. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Wallet Balance. atm228 reserves the right to decline or partially accept any bet without providing a reason.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration — including system glitches, data feed errors, or human keying errors — atm228 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the Member's Wallet Balance. atm228 will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid provided they were confirmed prior to the suspension. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the time of suspension are void and the stake is returned.
Mix parlay (accumulator) betting is available on selected sports markets. All individual selections within a mix parlay must be settled for the bet to be resolved. If one or more selections are void, the mix parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum odds per selection may apply; refer to the sportsbook interface for current requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atm228 Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the atm228 Platform — including but not limited to the atm228 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of atm228 or its licensed content providers.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of atm228.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atm228, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:
In all cases where atm228's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member into their Wallet Balance in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure: atm228 shall not be held in breach of this Agreement for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or power outages affecting our infrastructure providers.
atm228 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the security measures atm228 applies to protect your information.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting atm228 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (after satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited on Account closure.
atm228 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has: breached any provision of this Agreement; engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; provided false identity information; or posed a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.
On termination of an Account for cause, atm228 may withhold the Wallet Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, atm228 reserves the right to forfeit the Wallet Balance in its entirety and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
atm228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, atm228 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered Members and by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atm228 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits atm228's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
